Losing Weight Fast Tips - How To Burn Fat Fast

Here are some tips to lose weight fast. Please bare in mind that when I say losing weight fast I mean within a minimum of two weeks and maximum of 8 weeks. There is no magic or any tricks here, this all about hard work and proper diet.






Exercise every second day. I bought a book online called 'Truth about Six Pack Abs' that gave me hundreds of exercises based on bursts of exertion. I like doing my exercises this way because it is fun, not boring and goes very quick. It also far more beneficial for me as I burn heaps of calorie and fat within a very short time of training up to 48 hours post training.

Eat 5-6 small meals every day. Get used to eat small meals every day. You should have a small meal every 2-3 waking hours. This way you feed the body all the time and never let it starve which is another factor to ad to your weight gain. I know most people do not have time for this as they are busy working. Guess what - it is possible. If you read my next article "Healthy Eating Despite a Busy Work Schedule" you will get some tips of how to do this effectively.

Make sure each meal is balanced. A balanced meal means a small portion of healthy fats, healthy carbs and healthy protein. A healthy fat can be raw nuts like macadamia, pecan, cashews etc. Not peanuts. Healthy carbs can be organic fruits, organic raw vegetables, etc. Please take note that you should eat at least 51% raw food every day to aid in your weight loss. Do not cook the heck out of every thing. Healthy protein can be organic eggs, organic, grass fed and/or wild meat from animals.

Drink lots of fluids during the day. Every person should drink a minimum of two liters of fluids every day. That means water or green tea. You could also drink white and black tea if you wish but no soda what so ever because it is so poisonous and will make you fat despite all the efforts to burn fat and calories.



In his book, Geary provides 72 meal ideas for every day use. Each meal is broken down to how much protein, carbs and healthy fats are in it. They are all healthy and tasty meals that you can adopt or come up with your own meals as long as it meets your dietary requirements for weight loss.



If you follow these steps you will burn fat fast.
