Exercises and strengthening your core muscles group is also important. These include working out your abdominals, lower back and chest muscles. Exercises may include yoga, sit-ups, crunches, push-ups, etc.

If you are aware of your bad diet, then you still have room for change. Continue to practice adding more fruits and vegetables to your diet such as those green and leafy ones like broccoli, spinach, lettuce, etc. adding also extra protein to the diet is necessary to build and strengthen the muscles fast, examples of this foods are lean poultry and fish. You should also consider cutting out carbohydrates such as white rice, bread, pasta and flour because these contain excess empty calories which can be add up to your body fat. All these when done in combination with the exercise can speed up losing of belly fat.

These are not known to all but stress is a contributory factor why you gained weight. If you are easily stressed on things at work or school, as much as possible manage your stress levels and get enough sleep every night for 6-8 hours. What makes you fat in response to stress is the hormone that the body released. A hormone cortisol increases your appetite and fat production in the stomach area.

The fastest way to lose belly fat would require you to gain some patience and sincere devotion. All that and more are beneficial to you, but without patience and devotion to wait and strive more, all the more it makes no sense. Do not wait for impossibility because you will end up getting frustrated.

Are you read to start losing weight? How would it feel to finally lose weight and get the body of your dreams? How would be treat you differently? These are all of the same questions I had when I started my journey not too long ago. Fast forward a couple of years and I now love my life. But please understand that it wasn't always this way. I'd like to share a few tips with you that helped me change my life and get the body I always wanted.




Step #1-



The first step is to eat a healthy breakfast each morning. I am sure you've heard before that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. There are a number of reasons for this and I'd like to go ahead and share a few of them with you if you don't mind. The first is that if you start off your day on the right track by eating healthy, you'll most likely continue the healthy trend during the day. The second reason is because your body goes through a fasting state at night. When your body is fasting it doesn't burn any calories which is bad if you're trying to lose weight. By eating breakfast your metabolism will start up again and you'll be burning calories just like you always have.



Step #2-



The second step is to make sure you're getting enough water into your body. Most people drink too much soda and coffee but not enough water. The reason water is so important is because a lot of the time your body thinks it's hungry but in reality it's thirsty. Just by giving your body a glass of water you could cure your hunger cravings for a couple of hours. Water is also important because it doesn't contain any calories. Compare that to a can of soda that may contain 100 calories. If you drink just 2 cans per day you now have a lot of extra you have to burn off. Water is a great source to give you a boost in energy too.



Step #3-



The next step is to follow a proper healthy eating plan. Eating healthy is one of the hardest things you can do. The reason is that you basically have to change your lifestyle. Most of the foods or your favorite dishes that you're currently eating will have to be thrown at the window. But don't get overwhelmed, you don't have to start off eating everything perfect right away. It's recommended that you eat 5-6 small, healthy meals each day. Each of the meals should contain around 400 calories depending on how much you weigh. If you find that you're still gaining weight that cut a few extra calories from each meal until you start losing.



Step #4-



The fourth step is to make sure you surround yourself with good people. This is similar to step #1. There are going to be people that will cheer you on and hope you succeed with your goal. However, unfortunately there are plenty of people that want to see you fail too. It's not that people don't like you. It's just that they don't know how to react to the positive change that you've brought in your life. By surrounding yourself with friends and family who want you to succeed you'll be more likely to get the results you've always wanted.



Step #5-



The last step to get on a workout routine that will help you lose weight. It's time to get real and understand that you won't lose a lot of weight unless you make better food choices and follow an exercise program. This doesn't mean that you have to jump on a treadmill and run an hour each day. You need to start off slowly. If that means taking a walk in your neighborhood or going on the treadmill for 5 minutes that's what you need to do. You'll never see amazing results though until you can get more exercise and cardio in. The first 2 weeks build up your endurance but after that you need to make sure you doing some type of exercise that is making you sweat and is high in intensity levels.
